Dr. Leijun Hu is the vice-president of Inspur Group and associate chief of State Key Laboratory of high-performance server and storage technology. He is also a special allowance expert awarded by the State Department, and Shandong Province young expert. He also works as China Computer Federation Senior Member, YOCSEF members, HPC committee members. He hosted and participated in seven subjects of 863, and five plans of Shandong Province science and technology. Due to his outstanding contributions during his work in Inspur for more than ten years, he obtained award of National Science and Technology Progress twice, award of Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress for six times, award of Shandong Province Science and Technology Project, award of the big ten achievement of Shandong Province Science and Technology twice, and award of a major technological invention in Information industry. He also published nine invention patents, and various top level journal papers.

Dr. Cheng-Zhong Xu is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Wayne State University. He is also a Chief Scientist of Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT) of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Director of Institute of Advanced Computing and Digital Engineering, and the Director of the Center for Cloud Computing of SIAT. He is the Principal Investigator of the Automated Cloud Testing and Evaluation (ACTE) project of National Development and Reform Commission of China. Dr. Xu's research interest is mainly in the areas of parallel and distributed systems, cloud and Internet computing, and wireless embedded systems. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers on these topics, with over 6500 citations. He is the author of "Scalable and Secure Internet Services and Architecture" (Chapman & Hall/CRC Press, 2005) and a co-author of "Load Balancing in Parallel Computers" (Kluwer Academic, 1995). Dr. Xu serves in the editorial boards of a number of leading journals in his areas, including IEEE Transactions on Computers, IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems and Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing. Dr. Xu’s research was supported in part by the “Oversea Outstanding Young Chinese Scholar Program” (海外杰青) of NSFC, “Leading Talent” of Guangdong Province (广东省领军人才) and the “National Thousand Talents Program” (千人计划)of China. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Nanjing University and his Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong in 1993.
